New Schools PPP
The construction of 33 new schools (Phase I and Phase II) through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) is focused exclusively on infrastructure and support services, covering construction, maintenance, upkeep and operation of non-pedagogical activities, with no interference in educational content. Services include building maintenance, security, cleaning, landscaping, meal preparation and other support activities essential to the operation of the units. In total, 29 municipalities will benefit, with the creation of nearly 35,000 new full-time places for the final years of elementary education and for high school in the state network.

Total estimated investment amounts to R$ 2.1 billion over the 25-year concession period, with half of the schools scheduled for delivery in 2026 and the remaining units by 2027.
