São Paulo government holds public hearing for the concession of the new Campos Elíseos administrative center

The project is part of the revitalization of downtown São Paulo and includes construction, renovation, retrofitting, maintenance, conservation, management, and operation of the complex

The Government of the State of São Paulo, through the Secretariat for Partnerships in Investments (SPI), will hold a public hearing to present the concession project for the new Administrative Center of the Government of the State of São Paulo, to be built in the Campos Elíseos neighborhood. The project is part of the revitalization plan for downtown São Paulo and includes construction, renovation, retrofitting, maintenance, conservation, management, and operation of the complex, which will house state secretariats, foundations, and autonomous agencies, as well as new communal and service areas.

The public hearing will be held on the following dates and formats:

  • February 12, 2025, at 11 a.m. – Virtual session with online streaming. The link for viewing and participation guidelines will be available on the SPI website.

  • February 13, 2025, at 11 a.m. – In-person session in São Paulo/SP.

The new Administrative Center, which will bring together approximately 22,000 state employees currently spread across 60 buildings in the capital, is part of a broader effort to modernize public administration and revitalize the city center. The project includes modern infrastructure, active ground floors, wider sidewalks, and areas for commerce and services, fostering the region’s social and economic development.

In addition to the hearing, the public consultation on the project remains open until February 26, 2025, allowing society to submit suggestions and requests for clarification. The guidelines, participation methods, and further information about the project are available on the SPI website.
