Bruno Covas Park
The project provides for a Qualified and Remunerated Use Permit of a public area located within Bruno Covas Park – Novo Rio Pinheiros. The project scope covers approximately 8.2 km of the western bank of the Pinheiros River, corresponding to Section 1 of the Park, which includes the segment between Cidade Jardim Bridge and the headquarters of Pomar Urbano, including the latter. The objective is to enable the provision of support services for public use, strengthening the Park’s role as a space for leisure, sports, social interaction, and urban and environmental integration.

Natural Parks Management
The project involves granting concessions or usage permits for the provision of nature tourism services and related support activities in nine conservation units managed by the Forest Foundation. The proposal includes the development of services such as lodging, food, equipment rental, the sale of products and services, and ecotourism activities.
The project will consider the following parks: Serra do Mar State Park (Cunha and Santa Virgínia units); Itinguçu State Park; Morro do Diabo State Park; Caverna do Diabo State Park; Intervales State Park; Carlos Botelho State Park; Alto Ribeira Tourist State Park (PETAR); and Edmundo Navarro de Andrade State Forest (FEENA).

New Schools
New SchoolsThe “New Schools” PPP project will build 33 state schools to serve 35,000 students in elementary and secondary education. The focus is on modern, integrated educational spaces, with private partners responsible for non-teaching services.

Youth Rehabilitation program (Fundação CASA)
This project seeks to increase efficiency and reduce costs in São Paulo’s juvenile justice system (CASA Foundation). The private partner will manage operations, while the State remains responsible for public policy and oversight.

Constâncio Vaz Guimarães Sports Complex

Vehicle Towing and Storage Services
The project delegates services for vehicle towing, storage, and auctioning for Detran and DER. In 2023 alone, 260,000 vehicles were impounded. The goal is greater efficiency, new revenue, and improved service indicators.

Urban Park Management
The project provides for the administrative concession of six urban parks in the city of São Paulo. The units are: Dom Paulo Evaristo Arns Youth Park, Manoel Pitta Belém State Park, Tietê Ecological Park – Engenheiro Goulart Unit, Vila Jacuí Park, Maria Cristina Hellmeister de Abreu Park, and Itaim Biacica Park. The qualification will enable improvements in the quality of services and facilities offered to users.

State Lottery
State LotteryThe São Paulo State Investment Partnership Program (PPI-SP) proposes a concession for the public services of the state lottery. The concession includes service delivery throughout the State, allowing for the creation of lottery products in the most promising formats. The project plans for 31 exclusive units and over 11,000 non-exclusive retail points statewide. The winning bidder will be allowed to operate physically and/or virtually. Revenues will help fund public policies in the Health sector.
