The project provides for a Qualified and Remunerated Use Permit of a public area located within Bruno Covas Park – Novo Rio Pinheiros. The project scope covers approximately 8.2 km of the western bank of the Pinheiros River, corresponding to Section 1 of the Park, which includes the segment between Cidade Jardim Bridge and the headquarters of Pomar Urbano, including the latter. The objective is to enable the provision of support services for public use, strengthening the Park’s role as a space for leisure, sports, social interaction, and urban and environmental integration.

The project involves granting concessions or usage permits for the provision of nature tourism services and related support activities in nine conservation units managed by the Forest Foundation. The project will consider the following parks: Serra do Mar State Park (Cunha and Santa Virgínia units); Itinguçu State Park; Morro do Diabo State Park; Caverna do Diabo State Park; Intervales State Park; Carlos Botelho State Park; Alto Ribeira Tourist State Park (PETAR); and Edmundo Navarro de Andrade State Forest (FEENA).
