Government of São Paulo reschedules PPP auction for the New Administrative Center

Companies requested additional time to finalize guarantees and documentation; new date will be announced in the coming days

The Government of São Paulo, through the Secretariat for Investment Partnerships (SPI), informs that the submission of envelopes for the concession of the New Administrative Center in Campos Elíseos, originally scheduled for Monday (24), and the auction set for November 28, will be held on a new date to be announced in the coming days.

The adjustment to the schedule follows a request from interested companies, which asked for additional time to complete the submission of guarantees and finalize complementary documents required for the bidding stage. Responding to these requests—common practice in large-scale projects—the Government of São Paulo will revise the calendar to ensure broad participation, competitiveness and safety throughout the bidding process.

The project remains one of the State’s key initiatives for modernizing public administration and revitalizing the Campos Elíseos district, bringing together about 22 thousand civil servants in a modern, sustainable complex integrated into the city center, with an estimated investment of R$ 6 billion.

SPI reaffirms its commitment to transparency, good governance and constant dialogue with the market, ensuring the responsible management of Public-Private Partnerships that drive the State’s development.
