Pota Mogiana

The Rota Mogiana lot includes approximately 383 kilometers of highways, currently managed by the São Paulo State Highway Department (DER/SP) and the concessionaire Renovias, whose contract ends in April 2026.

The main improvements planned include the duplication of sections of highways SP-350, SP-344, and SP-215, the implementation of new safety features, pedestrian overpasses, and lighting in urban areas, in addition to the introduction of the Free Flow Automatic System. Through the Siga Fácil SP Program, the free flow system aims to install toll collection gantries using vehicle tags or license plate recognition cameras.

With a concession term of 30 years, the estimated investment is R$ 5.92 billion in infrastructure. The Rota Mogiana highway system covers 19 municipalities in the State of São Paulo: Aguaí, Americana, Cajuru, Casa Branca, Cravinhos, Espírito Santo do Pinhal, Estiva Gerbi, Itobi, Mococa, Mogi Guaçu, Piracicaba, Ribeirão Preto, Santa Bárbara d’Oeste, Santa Cruz da Esperança, Santo Antônio do Jardim, São João da Boa Vista, São José do Rio Pardo, Serrana, and Vargem Grande do Sul.

Circuito das Águas

Additionally, new pedestrian overpasses and improved lighting in urban areas are planned to enhance safety for pedestrians and drivers.

The total estimated investment is over R$ 10 billion in infrastructure, with a 30-year concession term, benefiting the municipalities of: Águas da Prata, Águas de Lindóia, Amparo, Artur Nogueira, Atibaia, Bragança Paulista, Caieiras, Cajamar, Campinas, Campo Limpo Paulista, Cosmópolis, Espírito Santo do Pinhal, Franco da Rocha, Holambra, Itapira, Itatiba, Itupeva, Jaguariúna, Jarinu, Jundiaí, Limeira, Lindóia, Mogi Guaçu, Mogi Mirim, Pedreira, Pinhalzinho, Santo Antônio de Posse, São João da Boa Vista, Serra Negra, Socorro, and Vinhedo.
